Abstract

Due to the fact that women are increasingly present in politics with As the years went by, there was an opportunity to carry out a study on what the style of most adopted leadership styles and strategies according to the problematic context. This research aims to understand, from the perception of women who hold elected positions in the public sector of the State and Municipal Sphere of the State of Paraná, identify the main leadership styles and challenges and limitations in the trajectory professionalism and the strategizing adopted by women re-elected in the last four years aiming to understand what strategies they use to stay in their position.
