Abstract: This study evaluates the adaptation process with the implementation of SSC in a business group in Guarapuava-PR. The research question that guides this study is: How is the adaptation process of the business group with the implementation of the Shared Services Center? With the specific objectives of describing the process of implementing the CSC, verifying the behavior &#xD;
with a dynamic capacity according to Wang and Ahmed (2007) and evaluating the adaptation process from the implementation of the CSC and preparing an executive report on the adaptation process in the implementation of the CSC. The study stage classified as qualitative collected information for the description of the implementation process of the Shared Services Center from the motivation, description of the activities that are part of the scope of the SSC and other details of the implementation process. In the study stage classified as quantitative, cross-sectional information was collected in May 2022, based on the conception of the collaborators of the Guarapuava-PR business group. The collection of 84 structured questionnaires made it possible to prove the internal consistency of the reliability of the variables through Cronbach's alpha, followed by the descriptive analysis between the sampling &#xD;
profile, means and standard deviation. In short, data from qualitative and quantitative research indicate that the organization is in accordance with the behavior explained by Wang and Ahmed (2007), in integrating, reconfiguring, renewing and recreating its resources and capabilities and improving and rebuilding key capabilities to the detriment of to changes in the environment to achieve and sustain competitive advantage. In this way, it is believed that the business group &#xD;
demonstrates its effective and intentional pursuit of taking advantage of opportunities, making strategies more flexible, reconfiguring structures, processes and cultural values, taking into account the internal and external environment, these being the characteristics of Adaptive Capacity according to Wang and Ahamed (2007). It is expected that the approach of this work can contribute to providing more subsidies for better identification of the CSC model and its adaptation process according to the Theory of Dynamic Capabilities.

Abstract: The purpose of this dissertation is to assist in understanding the relationship that the contract psychological impact on the motivation of young apprentices, who are working in organizations in Guarapuava. Thus, this study seeks to understand how this psychological contract is established in organizations in Guarapuava and what the motivational aspects of young apprentices are. In relation to motivation, in Maslow's hierarchy, young people remain on the scale of physiological, security, social and self-realization needs. It is understood that the behavior of young people in the organization is influenced by the degree of satisfaction of their needs.

Abstract: The healthcare sector faces challenges related to innovation and sustainability, with the mission of prevent and treat diseases. This study analyzed how sustainable innovation practices improved&#xD;
management of hospital solid waste, contributing to environmental sustainability. The search highlighted that well-implemented practices resulted in improvements in operational efficiency and&#xD;
reduction of environmental impacts. Despite limitations, the research provided a solid basis for future investigations and improvements in waste management in healthcare institutions. Continued adoption&#xD;
of innovative and sustainable practices proved to be essential to face environmental and promote a more sustainable future in the hospital sector. The São Vicente de Charity Hospital Paulo, as a philanthropic institution, served mainly through the Unified Health System&#xD;
(SUS), exceeding 80% of mandatory care. Waste management was essential, with a focus on in the Health Services Waste Management Plan, recycling and reuse for mitigate environmental impacts. The organization implemented training and continuous monitoring,&#xD;
resulting in significant waste reduction and financial savings. The practices of sustainability were integrated into the hospital's mission, reflecting a commitment to policies sustainability and reducing the ecological footprint. The study identified challenges such as employee turnover, employees and the need for more awareness and training, but also highlighted the benefits of sustainable practices in reducing environmental impact and improving waste management waste.

Abstract: The 1988 Federal Constitution was a milestone in the public administration planning process. Subsequently, the reform of the State apparatus initiated the change from bureaucratic to managerial public administration, emphasizing the importance of planning in public management. Complementary Law No. 101/2000 standardized responsibility in fiscal management as a factor dependent on planned and transparent action, reinforcing not only the importance, but the obligation of planning. In this sense, this study proposes the elaboration of a strategic manual to assist in the elaboration, review and monitoring of the Multi-Year Plan (PPA) of the municipality of Boa Ventura de São Roque, in Paraná, aiming at the qualitative improvement of public management. The work uses as a basis Technical Note &#xD;
17/2022 of the Court of Auditors of the State of Paraná (TCE/PR) and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), a tool that assists in the monitoring of public policies, focusing not only on financial results, but also on processes, customers and organizational learning. In addition to basing planning on legislation, the manual suggests the use of techniques such as SWOT analysis and strategic mapping, offering guidelines for creating programs to the point that, when performing an internal and external diagnosis of the entity and each agency, it allows for the most realistic view of the situation possible, detecting the deficiencies to be resolved and the &#xD;
potential that can be used as a support base. Starting planning by defining the organization's mission and vision makes the objectives clearer, which facilitates the engagement of a greater number of employees in the pursuit of achieving the established goals. The manual also highlights some fundamental guidelines to be observed in the creation of PPA actions and programs, such as opening up through public hearings for popular participation, the 2030 Agenda regarding the 17 sustainable development goals, the government plan, and the &#xD;
municipal master plan. With the result of the case study, the manual for preparing, reviewing, and monitoring the PPA proposes filling the gap that exists in the municipality due to its absence, in order to comply with the provisions of Technical Note 17/2022 of the TCE/PR. Furthermore, when researching the current PPA, which was created without the support of a manual, there is no possibility of analyzing the results of the planned goals because the indicators used to measure the performance of the programs were restricted mainly to the monthly indicator, instead of using, for example, the number of students served or the percentage increase in the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB) score as an indicator, &#xD;
that is, indicators that can indicate the performance of the programs and actions, thus &#xD;
highlighting the importance of a support tool in the process of preparing the PPA planning.
