Título: TECNOLOGIAS GEOCOLABORATIVAS NA EDUCAÇÃO GEOGRÁFICA: PROPOSTA DIDÁTICA PARA O ENSINO MÉDIO Autor: HALASZEN, LUCAS Primeiro orientador: Gomes, Marquiana de Freitas Vilas Boas Abstract: In this reasearch, we aim to produce some knowledge about the use of geocolaborative technologies in geography teaching, intending to educate citizens. So, at school, the teacher who usually did not use a lot of technological devices, now appeals to different technologies, in order to achieve his or her goals. Therefore, in the education context, this work will adopt the term geocolaborative technologies, in other words, any technologies which use images, texts and informatization to analyse territory. Consequently, the general objective of the research is to analyse the potential and the limits of geocolaborative technologies in the development of geographic thinking, in the geography teaching and in the knowlwdge production about local territory, seeking the tutorship of contextualized geography and the citizenship training. With this purpose, a partnership between Universidade Estadual do Centro Oeste – UNICENTRO and Universidade de Lisboa took place to implement the extension project Nós Propomos! Since the geocolaborative technologies were integrated, we realized it brings an infinitude of possibilities, either approximating the student to new technologies or innovating as a teaching methodology. This appropriation stands out when the subject relates to the students’ daily life, because it stops being disconnected from their reality and it turns into a meaningful teaching. For that reason, it creates some empathy among the students, since they already have daily experiences that, when related to the subject, facilitate the understanding process and the concept internalization. Título: CIDADE (S) PEQUENA (S) E REDES URBANAS: UMA ANÁLISE DOS PAPÉIS E SIGNIFICADOS DE JANDAIA DO SUL NA REDE URBANA DO NORTE CENTRAL PARANAENSE Autor: OLIVEIRA, TIAGO SOARES DE Primeiro orientador: Brumes, Karla Rosário Abstract: One of the aspects of geographical science in modernity that is imperative is the study of cities, which has become extremely relevant in the face of the various historical events that have shaped and dynamized the urban space. Thus, the influence of small cities on different scales helps us understand the dynamics present in regional and local centers. In this sense, the present work aims to analyze the socioeconomic dynamics of the municipality of Jandaia do Sul and its interaction with the Northern Urban Network of the state of Paraná. The analysis has as a bibliographic basis the theoretical notes of authors that portray the studies of the urban network and small cities, besides supporting qualitative and quantitative elements and secondary data obtained in public and private institutions. In the meantime, it was intended to fill a gap in studies concerning the reality of small towns in the Northern region of Paraná, especially those located in the territory of the Ivaí Valley, in addition to contributing to the historical and social context of the region. The importance of the Cooperval Cooperative and the Missiato beverage industry (Jamel), the Federal University of Paraná, the Faculty of Jandaia do Sul, trade and the provision of services relevant to the socioeconomic dynamics of the municipality on a local scale are also emphasized regional. Pointing to the thesis that Jandaia do Sul exerts a centrality to the other cities of the Ivaí Valley, demonstrated how it interacts through socioeconomic relations with the networks. For the understanding of the socio-spatial dynamics we divide this interpretation into two temporal scales of analysis, the first between the 1960-1970 period and the second, subdivided between 1970-2000 and 2000-2010 until the present period. However, the city of South Janda, despite apparently possessing a characteristic of a small city, also presents a dynamic that resembles cities with larger socioeconomic characteristics. The secondary data points to a growing expansion of the socioeconomic relations of the municipality, which through its geographic location, appropriates this argument, to attract even if rarefied, common market interests. Título: POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS PARA O URBANO EM GUARAPUAVA/PR: INTERESSES E INTERVENÇÕES Autor: PRUDENTES, TATIELLEN CRISTINA Primeiro orientador: Silva, Márcia da Abstract: The objective of this dissertation was to analyze shapes of urban intervention from public policies, with funding from the federal government, in the city of Guarapuava/PR, with the temporal clipping of 2013 to 2016. The research was implemented in three steps. In the first, focused on the literature review to discuss the concepts and issues facing the public policies; in the second stage, the studies were concentrated in the collections and analyzes of data from secondary sources, extracted from governmental and non-governmental institutions in Brazil and interviews. In the third step, it describes the covenant established between the federal government and the local government, the city of Guarapuava, in terms of public policy intervention for the urban space, approved in the period 2013 to 2016. At this stage, are analyzed two examples among all public policies urban period, that is, the reurbanization of Rua XV de Novembro and the program of land regularization Papel Passado, in addition to the scenario of interests and intervention relating to these public policies in Guarapuava. It is concluded that in Guarapuava, the political factors intermediate, the distribution of public policies. An intervention by means of political actions with the purpose of promotion, enhancement, perpetuation of a group of power, composed of intention and speeches, which are driven by interests and conflicts, conducted by groups of family power, that emphasize their political alignments and partisan. Título: O ESPAÇO DO CIDADÃO: UM ESTUDO SOBRE AS CALÇADAS EM GUARAPUAVA - PR Autor: ZANONA, LARISSA BERNARDINO Primeiro orientador: Schmidt, Lisandro Pezzi Abstract: The sidewalk is an urban structure dedicated to the mobility of pedestrians, theferore it is treated in municipal laws as public space, being object of specific norms for construction and maintenance by the owners of real estate and of inspection by the city hall. Despite this, sidewalks are public spaces, of public use, but of private responsibility. The simple observation of spaces in the city shows sidewalks invaded and spatially occupied by residents or commerce. In this sense, this work seeks to understand socio-spatial practices on the sidewalks of three neighborhoods in the City of Guarapuava-PR. Through this research, we carried out a reflection on the public space of sidewalks in the context of the city. We sought to emphasize the influence of this public space in the urban sociability. Thus, this work approaches the process of production of the urban space in the city of Guarapuava, specifically the public space of the sidewalks, regarding its inherent socio-spatial practices. From the theoretical-conceptual standpoint, we seek a clearer notion of public space, facing a generalization of acceptances around the concept, a fact that leads to the misunderstanding of what indeed is the public space in the city, considering the current circumstances. With regard to theoretical aspects, this research aims to contribute to urban and city studies, emphasizing socio-spatial practices as mediators of the multiple forms of use and appropriation of the public space, that is, the contents that give the movement to the process of constitution of the city as a complex space and of multiple places and identities. Based on the fieldwork (empirical instrument), associated to the methodological theoretical framework, focused on analytical dimensions based on the ideas of centrality and accessibility, and the vision of different social subjects, we seek, based on the dialectical articulation of procedures, how the public space of sidewalks influences the process of structuring the city through the expression of the various socio-spatial practices. The conclusions point to a construction of a confused relationship of the residents with the sidewalk, which they appropriate territorially and symbolically as a continuity of the house, losing with it a notion of sidewalk as a public space wide and the construction of citizenship.
