Título: POLÍTICAS E PRÁTICAS DE LEITURA: UM ESTUDO NAS ESCOLAS MULTISSERIADAS DO CAMPO NO TERRITÓRIO DA CANTUQUIRIGUAÇU – PARANÁ

Resumo: Trata sobre as políticas e Práticas de Leitura da Biblioteca Escolar (BE) no contexto da Escola Multisseriada do Campo (EMC), na região da Cantuquiriguaçu – PR. Compreende as políticas de leitura, livro e Biblioteca Escolar, e sua articulação com as Práticas de Leitura nas EMC. Retoma as políticas de leitura, livro e Biblioteca Escolar com ênfase no contexto do campo. Analisa as Práticas de Leitura desenvolvidas na BE. Justifica a pesquisa: o contexto educacional atual, em que a informação e as novas tecnologias aparecem como soluções mágicas para os problemas de ensino, as quais, muitas vezes, não levam em consideração as condições estruturais da escola; a formação de leitores no contexto do campo; escassez de pesquisas científicas quanto ao objeto de investigação; Questiona: as políticas de leitura, livro e Biblioteca Escolar, e sua articulação com as Práticas de Leitura nas EMC, têm contribuído para a formação das crianças leitoras. Tem como objetivo central: compreender as políticas de leitura, livro e Biblioteca Escolar, e sua articulação com as Práticas de Leitura nas EMC, na contribuição para a formação das crianças leitoras. Para isso, os objetivos específicos são: mapear as políticas de leitura, livro e Biblioteca Escolar com ênfase no contexto do campo; analisar as Práticas de Leitura desenvolvidas na BE. A investigação compreende análise de conjuntura e é orientada pelo Materialismo Histórico Dialético, observando as contradições existentes no contexto em que se localiza as políticas e Práticas de Leitura. Fundamenta a pesquisa autores como Saes (1998), Bobbio (1987), Melo (2016), Arretche (1996), Freitas (2012), Leite (2002), Ribeiro (2012), Molina e Sá (2012), Hage (2014), Tafarel e Júnior (2012), Caldart (2012), Freire (1984), Milanesi (1986; 1988), Solé (1998), Silva (1998; 1999; 2003). Pesquisa de campo realizada em duas Escolas Multisseriadas do Campo com aprofundamento de análise quanto às Práticas de Leitura desenvolvidas na Biblioteca Escolar, com base em observações, entrevistas e análise documental. Argumenta sobre o necessário comprometimento e construção de políticas de leitura, livro e BE; constata o caráter salvacionista nas concepções de leitura presente nas políticas; concebe a leitura dentro da perspectiva crítica para a construção de sentidos para a transformação enquanto sujeito. Considera que a leitura quando concebida e realizada dentro da perspectiva crítica pode sim contribuir para a transformação social. Denuncia a necessidade de implementação de políticas públicas de leitura e biblioteca escolar. Argumenta que as práticas de leitura precisam transgredir do método tradicional de leitura valorizando as oportunidades de participação da criança para que possa ser leitor não só no contexto escolar.
Abstract: It discusses the School library (BE) practices and politics in the context of the Country Multigraded School (EMC), in the Cantuquiriguaçu – PR region. It comprehends the reading politics, book and Library School, and its articulation with the Reading Practices at the EMC. It resumes the reading politics, book and Library School with emphasis on the country context. It analyzes the Reading Practices developed at the BE. It justifies the research: the current educational context, in which information and new technologies show up with magical solutions to the teaching problems, which, many times, don’t take into consideration the structural conditions of the school; the formation of readers in the country context; the shortage of scientific researches regarding the investigation objective. It questions if the reading politics, book and School Library, and their articulation with the Reading Practices at the EMC have been contributing to the formation of children readers. It has as main objective: to comprehend the reading politics, book and School Library, and its articulation with the Reading Practices at the EMCs, to the contribution to the formation of child readers. For that, the specific objectives are: to map the reading politics, book and School Library with emphasis on the country context; to analyze the Reading Practices developed at the BE. The investigation comprehends juncture analysis and it’s guided by the Historical Dialectical Materialism, observing the existent contradictions in the context where Reading Practices and politics are located in. It bases the research on authors such as Saes (1998), Bobbio (1987), Melo (2016), Arretche (1996), Freitas (2012), Leite (2002), Ribeiro (2012), Molina e Sá (2012), Hage (2014), Tafarel e Júnior (2012), Caldart (2012), Freire (1984), Milanesi (1986; 1988), Solé (1998), Silva (1998; 1999; 2003). Field research realized at two Country Multigraded Schools with deepening of analyzes regarding the Reading Practices developed at the School Library, based on observations, interviews and documental analyzes. It argues about the necessary commitment and the construction of reading politics, book and BE; It verifies the salvationist character in the reading conceptions present at the politics; it conceives the reading within a critical perspective to the construction of directions to the transformation as an individual. It considers that the reading when conceived and realized within a critical perspective can indeed contribute to the social transformation. It reports the necessity of the implementation of public politics of reading and school library. It argues that the reading practices need to transgress the traditional reading method valuing the opportunities of participation of the children so they can be readers not only in the school context.
